The morning session will also include a “mini masterclass” from David Kelly, Microsoft on scripting prompts to maximise effectiveness and a how to integrate Microsoft Copilot across the MS Office suite of products.

Meet the speakers:
Ciarán Hickey – Partner AI & Data at EY
Ciarán is a Partner at EY and a delivery partner for AI transformation, leading EY and client teams on their journey to design, build, and scale AI solutions. He leads a practice of 300+ AI and Data professionals across Europe, as well as EY’s AI Lab, the firm’s hub for innovation, experimentation, and applied AI, and the Centre of Excellence for building AI solutions both internally and for clients. With over 14 years’ experience in Data Science and AI, Ciarán combines deep technical expertise with a focus on bringing new and emerging methodologies into production. His work spans advanced model development, AI solution deployment, and embedding Responsible AI best practices from the start. He works closely with EY’s alliance partners to deliver complex, high-impact AI programs across industries. In 2020, he was recognised as Ireland’s Analytics Practitioner of the Year, and he also lectures part-time in AI and machine learning, sharing his expertise with the next generation of practitioners.

With extensive experience in Microsoft Business Applications, he has delivered transformative solutions across diverse industries, including healthcare and localization. He specialises in leveraging Copilot and AI technologies to empower organisations and enhance productivity.
Alette Hunt, Global Director of AI & Digital Innovation at Novartis
Alette is the Global Director of AI & Digital Innovation at Novartis, and has deployed 12,000 Copilot licenses and leads AI strategies. With a PhD in Medicine and 12 years as an X-ray crystallographer, she co-founded the Healthcare Business Women’s Association Dublin Chapter, chairs Health 2.0 Dublin and recently won the Excellence in Pharma & Life Sciences award at the 2026 Women in Pharma Awards.
