We’re delighted to host Linda Fitzharris, Head of the CPU for a breakfast briefing on 5th February. Linda will share some insights into the role of the CPU in managing the complex processes of medicine pricing and reimbursement under the various national health schemes.
This will be an essential stakeholder briefing for all of our members, particularly those involved in market access, commercial and external stakeholder management roles.

Linda Fitzharris, Head of the Corporate Pharmaceutical Unit – HSE
Linda was recently appointed as Head of the Corporate Pharmaceutical Unit which is the interface between the HSE and the pharmaceutical industry in relation to medicine pricing and reimbursement at a national level. Linda also retains her previous role as Head of Pharmacy Function within the HSE Primary Care Reimbursement Service (PCRS) and is responsible for overseeing the administration of Community Drug Schemes and arrangements.
Linda qualified as a pharmacist having studied at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Prior to this, Linda qualified with a degree in Biochemistry from Trinity College Dublin. She also holds a Masters in Pharmacy from RCSI and a Master’s in Nutrition, Food and Health from University College Dublin. She has recently completed a Professional Diploma in Health Economics through the Institute of Public Administration.
Sandra Redmond, Managing Director – Salutem Insights
Sandra is the Managing Director of Salutem Insights and an economist with deep expertise in health economics and market access strategy. With over two decades in the pharmaceutical industry, she has advised on complex reimbursement processes, health technology assessments (HTAs), and policy shaping across a wide range of therapeutic areas. Sandra combines analytical rigour with commercial insight to help clients navigate market access challenges, drawing on her extensive experience to develop evidence-based solutions that drive patient access and sustainable outcomes.
