We are delighted to partner with EY for a Stakeholder briefing in June.  This event will explore some of the successes in healthcare transformation and embedding innovation into healthcare along with detailing a roadmap for the future.   This briefing is rescheduled from 2023, all tickets purchased for the previous date will automatically transfer to the new date.

Meet the speakers: 

Dr Ronan Glynn, Partner & Health Sector Lead – EY

Ronan is Health Sector Partner at EY Ireland. A physiotherapist and medical doctor, Ronan is a Fellow of the Faculty of Public Health Medicine, at the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland.
Prior to joining EY, Ronan worked as Deputy Chief Medical Officer at the Department of Health in Ireland, was a member of the team tasked with leading the national response to COVID-19 and was Acting Chief Medical Officer for six months of the pandemic.

 

 

 

Maeve McGrath, Head of Healthcare Innovation – Roche Ireland

Maeve is Head of Healthcare Innovation at Roche in Ireland, where innovation is focused on helping to shape the future of Irish healthcare and improve outcomes for patients, through cross industry collaboration and creating partnerships in both the public and private sector. Roche is a global healthcare solutions provider with a combined strength in pharmaceuticals and diagnostics and a leader in personalised healthcare.

Previous to Roche, Maeve was Head of Operations for Two-Ten Health, where she was responsible for Connected Health strategy and the delivery of Electronic Health Records globally. Maeve has in-depth knowledge and experience of Digital Health, from development through to implementation, specialising in change management during digital transformation.

 

William McQuillan, Founding Partner – Frontline Ventures 
William is a Founding Partner at Frontline Ventures, Frontline is a multi-strategy venture capital fund with c. €500m assets under management and over 100 investments across Europe and the US. He was the youngest Partner of a European VC fund when Frontline was founded in 2012. At Frontline he focuses on B2B early-stage investing in Europe, with a particular interest in health-tech.
He is passionate about supporting mission-driven founders, particularly those making healthcare more accessible, and is a proud proponent of improving diversity in the venture ecosystem.

 

 

Susan Treacy, CEO -HealthTech Ireland

Susan is the CEO of HealthTech Ireland, the independent trade association for manufacturers, developers and distributors of health technology products and solutions to the Irish health system. She has over 25 years’ experience and a proven track record in healthcare, holding executive positions with multi-national organisations, SME’s as well as holding board positions for med-tech start-ups and supporting start-ups as an industry expert for initiatives like the European Lighthouse programme out of the Ryan Academy in DCU.  Susan is a member of MedTech Europe and sits on the National Association Council and the Global MedTech Alliance.  Through her own consulting company, Treacy Healthcare Consulting, Susan has also helped organisations develop and meet their strategic objectives both nationally and internationally.  Susan held an Executive role with Women in Technology and Science (WITS) Ireland for three years and was a member of the policy sub-committee supporting pre-legislative.
